1. If you live IN Wentzville School District, please see your child’s school counselor and they will get you placed in the correct Holiday Assistance Program.
2. If you RESIDE in one of the following zip codes, 63348, 63362, 63366, 63367, 63368, 63385, 63390 and you need Holiday Assistance please fill out the form below and someone will contact you.
3. If you DO NOT reside in one of the following zip codes 63348, 63362, 63366, 63367, 63368, 63385, 63390 please see the counselor at your child’s school or reach out to a local church.
